Teledynamics Communiqué

Continuously publishing the latest in opensource and internet news in Canada since 1996, the Communiqué is not a publishing company, it is not a news magazine, there is no full-time staff, no mandate, no journalists. It is only an experiment in a knowledge management website, fed by our staff and a few kind participants, a basic demonstration of what we can do inside of a typical webhosting account.

the Communiqué is our laboratory, the place where we pose questions about portal design and test and measure the results. In exchange for being our test subjects, we offer you the tutorials we've created over the years, collected news off our experimental content aggregators, random blogs of OpEd comment, a bit of friendly networking and an ever changing opus of other community portal features.
