Via Sebastian Paquet, we learn of a new news and information portal devoted to all things Free Software and Open Source in Canada, and by the looks of their home page, they're doing their homework.

a National advocacy group to educate Canadians about all aspects of the Free Software Movement, GNU/Linux, and Open Source Software. The initial emphasis of the group is to promote the use of GNU/Linux and Open Source Software in all publicly funded institutions of Canada.
