I have my quibbles with some fine points -- like it's not centralized we need but truly cluster-computing grid-like who cares where network computing -- but nonetheless the entire series of Looking Ahead articles are highly recommended discussion points to ponder for anyone either as fed up with the industry as I am, or those who have had the foresight and restraint to eschew it thus far.
