I'm surprised this story is not getting the traction it deserves: By now, everyone has seen the images of the so-called Iraq War Dead, but what no one seems interested in admitting into the collective consciousness is that many of these are photos of the Columbia Shuttle Crew remains!

"... that is Deputy NASA Administrator Fred Gregory in the light brown slacks and dark jacket standing to the left of the honor guard."
